Federal – Home Guarantee Scheme.
First Home Guarantee

What You Get
Qualified first-home buyers in Queensland can receive a $30,000 boost toward the purchase or construction of a new home — significantly higher than the standard $15,000. It applies to:
Contracts signed between 20 November 2023 and 30 June 2025.
Construction works that begin in the same timeframe.
